A winning duo at the head of Ecostal Group

Ecostal Group is delighted to announce a major change in its governance: the appointment of two co-CEOs, Stéphane DAUVISTER and Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT.

Stéphane DAUVISTER returns to lead the Group he founded. A successful entrepreneur, he notably founded and built up DAUVISTER SA before its sale to EDF Luminus. His return to operational leadership marks an important milestone in the Group’s history.

Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT is a European entrepreneur and a specialist in business transformation. He has supported the repositioning of many IT and telecoms services groups across Europe, including PRAMAC and BUGBUSTERS (now the ONEFIELD group), as well as energy sector players such as ZEBORNE, now the leader in AC and DC charging point installation in France and Belgium.

This shared governance is based on complementary areas of responsibility:

• Stéphane DAUVISTER will lead Technology and Strategy, to anticipate developments in our market and strengthen our position in the solutions of tomorrow.
• Loïc Marie PEQUIGNOT will be in charge of Transformation and Operations, areas of development focused on support, growth and the experience of our professional customers & partners in the renewable energy sector.

In 2026, Ecostal Group is accelerating the roll-out of innovative offerings for its professional customers in the energy transition by investing in digitalisation (software solutions and EMS), expert offerings (BESS, EV charging) and turnkey solutions with its subsidiary SigueSol (EnergyHub and OneMega).
