HelioPark

HelioPark is the solar canopy and carport structure in the EnerPark range, supplied without the electrical equipment: you choose your own panels, inverter, storage and EV charging points.

HelioPark Mono N/S, the offset single post
The standard version of the range, Mono N/S stands on an offset single post, which leaves car doors completely free to open, with nothing to obstruct parking. The structure is ordered in modules of 2 or 3 spaces, which can be combined to suit the layout of the car park, with an upward or downward roof slope, in a north (N) or south (S) version.
- Spaces 2.45 m to 2.55 m wide
- Post spacing (centre to centre): 5,000 ± 125 mm for 2 spaces, 7,500 ± 150 mm for 3 spaces
- Minimum clearance: 2.5 m
- Tilt: 5° or 10°
“We tried to come up with an offset single post that makes the doors easier to open. We tried to design it so it could be used in supermarket car parks and elsewhere, so that all vehicles can drive underneath fairly easily.”
Guélor Sindji, Sales Manager France

What the structure includes
- Primary structure in hot-dip galvanised S235 steel
- Secondary structure and gutters in Magnelis or ZMA corrosion-resistant steel
- Module integration: drainage rails, inter-module gutters and black anodised aluminium clamps, tightened from below; integration system covered by an Alpes Contrôles ETN, for modules measuring 1,762 x 1,134 mm and 25 to 30 mm thick
- Water management: gutters at the bottom of the slope and a grey PVC downpipe
- Inverter bracket at the top of the post
- EV charger bracket at the back of the post, which makes cabling easier and protects the charger from impacts
- Trim covers on all four sides, optional RAL powder coating
Structural design and foundations
The structure is calculated to the Eurocodes, within the permissible loads of the modules, and designed to last 25 to 30 years. The standard version is designed for:
- a basic wind velocity of up to 26 m/s (Vb)
- a snow load of up to 0.73 kN/m² (Sk) and an exceptional snow load of 1.35 kN/m² (sAd)
- light vehicle impact on the structure
Foundations: concrete pad, approximately 2 m³ per post, or driven piles. Corrosion protection: 20-year warranty in class C3. Contact us to confirm these values for your site.
Four project-specific versions
Beyond Mono N/S, the HelioPark range includes four versions in its catalogue: Duo, Duo Y, Duo+ and Canopy. Each one is designed project by project, on request, according to the constraints of the site: clearance height, traffic flow, area to be covered.

HelioPark Canopy
The multi-span design, for high-clearance sites. Its height can be precisely adjusted to guarantee clearance for all types of vehicle, including vans and logistics vehicles. With spans of up to 18 m and posts up to 12 m apart, it makes the most of every square metre of car park.
- Optimised yield: up to 30% higher panel density on the roof
- Increased output: up to 30% more power thanks to the east-west orientation
- Cost-effective solution: more efficient use of supports and mounting hardware, which reduces installation costs

HelioPark Duo and Duo Y
The centred single-post design, for double-row car parks. A single central post covers two rows of parking with a minimal footprint, making manoeuvring and traffic flow easier.
- HelioPark Duo: centred single post, mono-pitch roof
- HelioPark Duo Y: centred single post, Y-shaped roof
- Posts up to 12 m apart
- A lighter design that simplifies installation

HelioPark Duo+
The centred two-post design, for large-scale projects. On large areas without particular constraints, its two posts provide the stability and robustness that high-capacity installations require, with balanced load distribution.
- Centred two-post design, mono-pitch roof
- Wider spacing between ground anchors
- Spans of up to 18 m and posts up to 12 m apart
