When solar performance serves agricultural potential. AgriTrack is our solar tracking technology, adapted to the demands of farming.
Our approach to agrivoltaics: the perfect balance
Ecostal Engineering brings its expertise to the agrivoltaic transition.
- From conventional solar to dual-use farming: originally designed purely for energy performance, our structures are evolving to meet a dual objective, producing green energy without hindering livestock or crop farming.
- A real asset for the farm: controlled shading, protection against extreme weather (drought, hail, frost) and animal welfare make the structure a driver of higher yields for the farmer.
- A tailored response to each project: because no two farms are the same, our designs adapt precisely to the variety of crops, the type of livestock and the size of the farm machinery.
- Respect for the soil, an absolute priority: soil is the farmer’s primary working tool. Our anchoring methods are designed to preserve the agronomic structure of the land and ensure full reversibility.

AgriTrack, dynamic control serving both crops and energy
- Smart light management: adjustable orientations let light through at key stages of plant growth, or increase shading during heatwaves.
- Active crop protection: automatic safety positioning, with a hail protection mode and a flat stow position in extreme winds.
- Maximised synergies: electricity production and agronomic needs are optimised at the same time.

A tracker that leaves room for farming
The HelioTrack range comes in four versions: 1P, 2P, 1P AgriPV and 2P AgriPV. The AgriPV variants combine solar generation and agricultural use. They keep the architecture of the range and raise the entire structure so that farming can continue beneath the modules.
- Axis up to 3 m above the ground
- 60° harvest position, to clear the plot during field work
- Access for farm machinery under and between the rows
- Preserves land uses compatible with agrivoltaic farming
- 1P: up to 140 m per row; 2P: up to 70 m per row
Astronomical tracking and independent control
Astronomical tracking and adaptive backtracking optimise the modules’ exposure to the sun throughout the day.
Each tracker has independent communication and control, so movements are controlled tracker by tracker and operating statuses are reported to the monitoring system. See the full specifications of the HelioTrack range
Designed to withstand the extreme demands of farming environments
- Enhanced corrosion resistance: high-durability coatings and steels that take account of plant protection products, fertilisers, ammonia and animal waste (slurry, manure).
- Safe coexistence with livestock: reinforced structural design to withstand knocks and rubbing from animals, and a design with no sharp edges and protected, out-of-reach cabling, to avoid any risk of injury or damage.
- Eco-designed foundations: anchoring without heavy concrete work, on driven or screw piles, which preserves soil quality and limits soil compaction.

Let’s talk about your project
Crops, grazing, harvest calendar, size of your machinery: we study your fields and your farming constraints to define the AgriTrack configuration that suits them.
With our AgriGround and AgriTrack ranges, our structures no longer simply produce energy: they become true partners in day-to-day farming.
