A durable technology, designed for decades of operation
The HelioTrack range meets the requirements of modern PV plants, where performance must go hand in hand with robustness and control of the total cost of ownership.
Its trackers are built on a distributed multi-drive architecture, relying on mechanical linear actuators rather than a single centralised drive train. This technological choice enhances structural reliability.
The multi-actuator design, validated by wind tunnel testing, distributes mechanical loads, limits wind-induced torsional stresses and reduces the risk of systemic failure.
Tested for demanding environmental conditions, the trackers have a rated wind resistance of up to 180 km/h in stow position, even in the harshest outdoor environments.

Fast installation, easier maintenance
HelioTrack trackers were designed to make life genuinely easier for developers, EPCs and operators. Their optimised design allows simple, efficient installation, with different foundation options depending on ground conditions: driven piles or concrete.
The modular architecture makes maintenance work easier. The multi-drive principle offers a major operational advantage: more targeted, less frequent and simpler maintenance, which has less impact on the overall availability of the installation.
This industrial philosophy aims to reduce operating costs over the long term, with a design focused on maintainability and high availability.
