Our project managers run the sites entrusted to us under our integrated service: schedules and deadlines, human, material and financial resources, safety, quality assurance, and coordination with clients and subcontractors.

In the field, our site supervisors oversee the work day to day: team safety, compliance with drawings and standards, adherence to deadlines, training in good practice and after-sales call-outs.

As our customers’ first point of contact, the sales team follows up every request for a quotation with the estimators and project managers. In France and Italy alike, our Country Managers work with EPC contractors and local installers.

Human resources, accounting, supply chain: the support team recruits and nurtures talent, keeps rigorous accounts and manages material flows, from order to delivery on site.
