FixxPark is Ecostal Engineering’s HelioFixx mounting system, made up of the rails and clamps that hold the PV modules on a solar canopy or carport, including Canopy and EnergyHub.

The HelioFixx rail and clamps

Validated by a new technique assessment (ETN) from Alpes Contrôles, the system comprises:

Steel rail cold-formed in Europe, with zinc-aluminium-magnesium corrosion protection. Optional: Magnelis coating from Arcelor.
Aluminium mounting clamps that follow the module suppliers’ tightening recommendations, to preserve their warranty. Optional: black anodised finish.
Optional: integrated earthing system for the modules.
Optional: rails supplied with pre-fitted mounting clamps.

Easier assembly and time saved during installation

Pre-assembled at the factory and suited to all your sites, the system saves time thanks to simpler handling of parts on site and streamlined assembly.

PV modules clamped from below
End stop under the rail, to pre-position it on the structure’s purlins
Enhanced safety: the rail cannot slide on inclined purlins
Inter-module waterproofing fitted at the same time, as the modules are slid into place

Standard parts made to measure, from 50 units

From 50 units, rails can be ordered made to measure, with a delivery lead time of 4 to 5 weeks.

Applications: new or existing canopies and carports
Supporting structure: timber or metal purlins
Tilt: 5° to 24°
Slope length: up to 25 m, with optional splicing
Modules: framed modules, with or without frame return, no more than 35 mm thick, installed in portrait
Waterproofing: drainage rail and inter-module gutters
Area of use: mainland France up to 900 m altitude and other European countries, for all types of environment
Structural design: for each project, in accordance with the Eurocodes
Warranties: 10-year structural warranty, 25 years against corrosion depending on the installation environment, and more on request
Certification: Alpes Contrôles new technique assessment (ETN), reference A27T260
