Our management team: the conductors of our success!

Our directors steer every strategic aspect of the business to ensure our growth and efficiency.

What do they do?

Sébastien, our General Manager, embodies the vision and drives the company’s overall strategy. He oversees the smooth running of all activities while guiding the company to new heights and making sure to maintain a balance between innovation and performance. When he is not working, he needs… projects! Building, renovating, fitting out… anything goes, as long as he can imagine and build.

François-Xavier, Operations Director, ensures that our projects run smoothly day to day, coordinating them with the project managers and site supervisors. In particular, he makes sure deadlines and quality standards are met. He may be passionate about his job, but he is also a huge skiing fan.

Joachim, our Finance Director, keeps a close eye on the company’s financial health. He oversees day-to-day accounting and handles the regular closings and reporting. With his precise analyses and reliable forecasts, he guides us in our strategic decisions. When he is not making the numbers talk, he enjoys his hobbies, such as padel and running.

As for David, he joined our team in early January as Technical Director, and we would like to welcome him once again! He heads the team responsible for design and structural calculations; he is also passionate about innovation and will work with our engineers to develop ever more efficient solutions for our company. Outside work, he racks up the miles running in the great outdoors and has a soft spot for sleek sports cars.
