Our field team: experts for rigorous, efficient project supervision

Our site supervisors: experts for rigorous, efficient supervision of projects under construction and after-sales service calls!

Our site supervisors play a key role in overseeing activities in the field and ensuring their compliance. Working hand in hand with the construction teams and project managers, they make sure operations on site run efficiently and smoothly.

What do they do?

• They supervise activities on site to guarantee worker safety, environmental protection and compliance with technical specifications, quality standards and deadlines. They regularly check that the work carried out complies with the approved plans and the regulations in force.
• They work closely with the construction teams and project managers to resolve any problems quickly and guarantee the quality of the work throughout the project.
• They provide ongoing training in safe working practices and promote a safety culture on site to prevent incidents.

With their skills in construction management, their technical knowledge, their high safety standards, their awareness of risk prevention and their ability to work under pressure, they ensure flawless execution, even in difficult conditions.

Beyond their professional activities, our supervisors also have passions and pastimes as varied as they are original! Discovering the world, its cultures and its cuisine for Adrien; cars, sport and cycling for Lucas; running and skydiving for Arnaud. Very different passions that show how well they complement one another!
