• The role of our HR specialist is not only to recruit but also to retain talent. Audrey supports employees in their onboarding and career development. She introduces initiatives that promote quality of working life. She makes sure regulations are respected to ensure compliance with employment law. She loves travelling, exploring the world, discovering a good restaurant and spending time with her four-legged companion.
• Josiane keeps a rigorous eye on our accounts to guarantee reliable, accurate financial statements. Analysis and forecasting are also among her skills: her dashboards and forecasts are invaluable! When she is not juggling figures, she enjoys listening to music and going out with family or friends, and she is also very fond of games!
• Justine, our Supply Chain Manager, ensures the smooth management of material flows. She oversees every stage of the supply chain, from ordering raw materials to delivering our products on site. Between tennis matches and trips abroad, she strikes the perfect balance between the constant availability of production materials and cost control, avoiding both stock-outs and surplus stock.
