The “Le Pressoir” solar power plant: 9.1 MWp of installed capacity, avoiding the equivalent of 279 tonnes of CO2 emissions a year!
Total installed capacity: the “Le Pressoir” ground-mounted plant, a project coordinated by the IEL Initiatives et Energies Locales group, in figures:
- A capacity of 9.1 MWp installed in the municipality of Le Lude,
- Production of 9 GWh of green electricity a year,
- In other words, the equivalent of the annual electricity consumption (heating included) of around 2,000 households!
Project specifics: our structure adapts to different types of foundation. A mix of screws and ground beams made it possible to deal with the constraints encountered during the project, while limiting the use of concrete to the foundations where it was strictly necessary.
Our contribution: our teams coordinated the entire “structures” package, from the study, recommendation and implementation of the right foundation mix through to the installation of 15,696 modules, resulting in limited use of concrete and a positive impact on the project’s costs and carbon footprint.
